Our Mission
SparkSolutions Group, the consulting practice of Bonnie Carr Consulting, LLC, is dedicated to advancing Equity, Sustainability, and Resiliency. Based in Massachusetts, we collaborate with municipalities, industry partners, training providers, nonprofits, and community organizations to co-create and implement solutions that uplift people and strengthen places.
We engage in workforce innovation, clean‑energy partnerships, and community‑resilience efforts that help organizations move from concept to implementation. With deep experience, strong partnerships, and an equity‑driven lens, we tailor our work to each organization’s goals.
